Process of the Month – Software Change Management Process: Hi all, and my apologies for not keeping you updated with notifications of what’s going on in the world of SAM Charter; it’s been quite a Q1/Q2.
I’ll fire up another blog on the exciting goings-on here shortly, but for now I wanted to share with you the latest installment of our Process of the Month vlogs on You Tube. This month we are looking at the Software Change Management process. This was something of a beast to model, and also a beast to load on You Tube as well! SAM Charter (should!) but won’t be handing out medals if you make it all the way through this one.

April 2023 – Update:
I’m delighted to announce that after a collaboration with Kylie Fowler of ITAM Intelligence, a new brand has been created in the ITAM space – namely: ITAM Accelerate.
