Process of the Month – Maintain a Supported Software Catalogue: Welcome to the vlog of Process of the Month in support of the launch of the SAM Charter Process Kit (Version 2).

So that we can make use of audio and video we have launched a quick ten minute presentation on You Tube that will offer a summary run-through of various processes documented in greater detail in the Process Kit.

Over the next 12 months I and assorted guest SAM-experts will be offering a commentary over a featured process, and this month I have kicked off proceedings with “Maintain a Supported Software Catalogue Process”.

April 2023 – Update:
